Mandi has more than 29 years' experience in private practice as a psychologist. In private practice she did individual psychotherapy, trauma counselling, how to emotionally survive bullying, victim no more = xual
abuse, grieving counselling, personality and life skill development. She also focused on Strength scope. She inclined career guidance, scholastic problems and play therapy. Mandi was supervisor for numerous intern psychology students. As an intern she was head of the Didactic department. She developed
programs and trained the teachers in didactic support. Mandi was also the director of a psychological centrum. She managed the practice on the day to day running and was responsible for renting offices to other psychologists,  psychiatrists and speech and occupational therapists.
Mandi assist companies with their wellness platforms, relationship manager, focused on personal development, training, and marketing. She is qualified as a Certified Advanced Arbutus Trainer.
